Order and shipping terms
Whilst we do our very best, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch. Most items will go out same or next day, but if you require your order by a certain date please contact us BEFORE proceeding to checkout.
Cut off for same day postage is strictly 2pm.
Please allow 10 working days for wholesale items to be dispatched. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Dispatch is in the UK. Please be aware of any customs charges to your area, as we will not cover them. We can’t protect items during postage, unless you click signed for at checkout. We offer both first and second class signed for services to aid with cost reduction. Unfortunately both as a consumer and supplier we have had parcels been delayed.
Please refer to Royal Mail for full information regarding Royal Mail Signed For insurances.
Made to order items are exempt from same day dispatch. Made to order items generally have a lead time of approximately 10 working days. If you need them faster please contact us.
On weekends and school holidays we are normally busy at events, please bare with us if we can’t answer you straight away. We close Thursdays as “admin days” to allow us to complete orders undisturbed. Please excuse if we are slow in responding to messages as a result.
Collection is from Andover, UK.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Data obtained in a contact form will not be shared with any third party, and will only be used for the purpose intended. You can request that we delete this data at any time in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
Your data is held securely in our self hosting system through WordPress. At no point will your data be shared with any third party without your prior consent.
Shipping addresses provided during checkout will be shared with the relevant shipping company, solely for the purpose of postage.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
